**1. Organizer & Prize Provider**

The AUTOBEST Conquest Car Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is organized by Asociatia AUTOBEST (“Organizer”), an independent non-profit association of automotive media experts, registered in Romania.

The vehicle prize will be provided by the respective automotive brand whose model wins the Best Buy Car of Europe 2026 award (“Prize Provider”). The Prize Provider is responsible only for supplying the vehicle; all other aspects of the Giveaway are managed by the Organizer.

**2. Type of Giveaway**

This Giveaway is a sweepstakes / prize draw. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.

**3. Eligibility** 

Participants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.

The Giveaway is open worldwide, except in countries where participation is prohibited by law.

**4. Giveaway Period**

Start of Voting & Entry: January 15, 2026  

End of Voting & Entry: March 28, 2026  

Random Draw / Winner Announcement: During the AUTOBEST Conquest Show on March 28, 2026  

All entries must be received during the Giveaway period to be eligible.

**5. How to Enter** 

Vote in the AUTOBEST Conquest competition for the following three categories:  

Best Design of Europe  

Best User’s Car of Europe  

Best Affordable Technology Package of Europe  

Submit the following information to participate in the Giveaway:  

Full name  

Email address  

Country of residence  

Confirm participation by checking the box: “I want to participate in the giveaway”.

Entry limits: maximum 10 entries per IP address.

Entries using automated scripts, bots, or other forms of artificial manipulation are strictly prohibited.

**6. Winner Selection**

The winner will be selected at random from eligible entries using software.  

The draw and winner announcement will take place live during the AUTOBEST Conquest Show.

One (1) main winner will be selected, plus one (1) or two (2) alternate winners in case the main winner is disqualified or does not accept the prize.

**7. Prize Details**

**7.1 Description**

The prize is the winning model of Best Buy Car of Europe, supplied new by the Prize Provider.  

Estimated value: up to €35,000, depending on the winning model.

**7.2 What is included**

Delivery to the winner’s country – included.  

Transport – included.

**7.3 What is not included**

Vehicle registration / licensing – excluded.  

Insurance – excluded.  

Local taxes, import duties, and personal income taxes – excluded.

Responsibility for all taxes, duties, and legal obligations related to the prize rests solely with the winner.

**8. Acceptance of Prize**

The winner must provide valid proof of identity and proof of age.  

The winner must sign the Declaration of Eligibility and Liability Release (Publicity Release is optional).

If the winner cannot be verified or does not accept the prize, the Organizer reserves the right to award the prize to an alternate winner.

**9. Publicity**

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the Organizer may use the winner’s name, country of residence, and email address for promotional purposes, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

**10. Fraud, Abuse & Cancellation**

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, incomplete, or violate these rules, including cases of more than ten (10) votes per category per participant.

The Organizer may block IP addresses or accounts attempting to manipulate the voting or entry process.

The Organizer may modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway at its sole discretion for technical or legal reasons.

**11. Data Collection & Privacy**

Personal data collected, including name, email address, and country of residence, will be used only for the Giveaway and for communications from AUTOBEST.

Data may be shared with the Prize Provider solely for the purpose of delivering the prize.

**12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction**

The Giveaway is governed by Romanian law.  

Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Romania.

**13. Language**

The official language of this Giveaway Regulation is English.
