The Website may include public voting functionalities related to the AUTOBEST Conquest awards and related categories. Participation in public voting is voluntary and free of charge.

**7.2 Voting Structure**

Each user may cast up to a maximum of ten (10) votes per IP address and per person.

Votes are counted only if cast for all available voting categories, including but not limited to “Best Design of Europe”, “Best User’s Car of Europe”, and “Best Affordable Technology Package of Europe”.

Partial voting, meaning voting for fewer than all categories, is not accepted or recorded.

**7.3 Data Collected for Voting**

For the purpose of public voting, AUTOBEST may collect the following data:

Full name.

Country of residence.

Technical data such as IP address.

Providing an email address is not mandatory for voting purposes. Email addresses may be requested only if the user voluntarily chooses to participate in a separate promotional activity or giveaway, governed by distinct Competition Rules.

**7.4 Fraud Prevention**

AUTOBEST reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice or obligation to justify its decision, to invalidate votes deemed suspicious or fraudulent, limit or block access from certain IP addresses, disqualify users attempting to manipulate or abuse the voting system, and take any technical or legal measures deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the voting process.

**8. Competitions and Separate Rules**

Any awards, rankings, public votes, competitions or promotional activities organized under the AUTOBEST Conquest name may be governed by separate Competition Rules, published independently from these Terms.

These Terms do not replace or supersede such Competition Rules and do not regulate prizes, selection of winners or prize allocation mechanisms.

**9. Privacy and Data Protection**

The processing of personal data collected through the Website is governed by AUTOBEST’s Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, available on the Website.

By using the Website, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete and up to date.

**10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability**
