Mr.Rade Radulovic, one of the AUTOBEST founding members passed away on May 18th 2018.
Here are the statements of the AUTOBEST Chairman and President of the Jury:
`Rade was a dear friend, a respected motoring writer of his time. He was an example of transformations of the Serbian motoring media in the 90’s. He published a car magazine, but also pioneered different media dedicated to cars. Rade was a fan of the AUTOBEST idea from the very beginning. Back then, at the beginning of the new Millennium, he was not just a moral support, but also a financial backer of the AUTOBEST project, making a contribution to the foundation of AUTOBEST. If today AUTOBEST is an European success, a part of the credit is going to Rade. Myself and the other co-founders will always keep in our memories our friend. He will remain in the history of AUTOBEST as one of the co-founders who put Serbia on European map of motoring media.`, said DAN Vardie, AUTOBEST Chairman and Founder
‘Rade Radulović contribute a lot for Serbian and Yugoslavian automotive journalism. He was our fellow juror and AUTOBEST founding member. Since he started with his magazine Auto he was respective automotive voice of Yugoslavia. Rade was member of Yugoslavian and Serbian COTY jury. Since the very beginning he followed AUTOBEST idea, became founding member and proudly represented voice of Serbia. Because of his illness he left being the active AUTOBEST juror. but stayed with us as honour jury member. After he passed away, his spirit will never left us. Rest in peace, dear Rade!’ said Ilia Seliktar, President of the AUTOBEST Jury.
